On a more positive note we head into the a big month for Dasha with Valentines Day, followed by her birthday and then Ukraines Womens Day - huge for her and damn expensive for me!

Its all great though as you can see above - I haven’t lost my touch with 13 roses (very lucky here) and a Macbook Air - well, why not?

The week here has been pretty tough after losing so many people from the team but generally everyone has responded well. We are now trying to review our plans for 2009 as our major product and outlet rollout has been placed on hold by head office. This means we need to scale back, cut costs and finish off the current projects before we find out our fate. The budgets haven’t been approved so we are waiting anxiously to find out. The upside is that we can take stock and work on getting the team trained, processes developed and generally tidy up contracts, operations and be ready for 2010 - if we are around.

So we are fighting and I think we will survive - at least I hope. After working so hard last year its pretty disappointing that we haven’t had any financial rewards - more so for the team - but we are in a crisis and shit happens..... stay tuned for more updates as things develop.....
